Statement of Professional Experience and Concerns – Phillip Miller, Jonathan Dooley and Vincents.

This page sets out my firsthand experience and professional concerns arising from my time working in the same organisation as Phillip Miller and Jonathan Dooley.

My Experience

During my time working in audit, I observed conduct and practices that caused me serious professional concern.

Based on my direct involvement and observations, I formed the view that:

- All audit work produced by Phillip fell below expected professional standards;

- There were practices and decisions that, in my opinion, were inconsistent with proper audit and financial reporting requirements; and

- I witnessed conduct which I considered sufficiently serious that I raised concerns through appropriate channels. These concerns included revenue manipulation to obtain covid subsidies that they were not entitled to.

These concerns were not speculative—they arose from work I personally performed, reviewed, or was directly exposed to.

Concerns Raised by Me

Over time, I raised concerns including (but not limited to):

- The quality and integrity of audit work;

- The handling of financial information and reporting;

- Practices which I believed required further scrutiny by regulators; and

- The way internal matters were managed and documented.

I have reported these concerns to relevant bodies and continue to pursue them through formal processes.

Treatment Following My Concerns

Following the raising of these issues:

- I experienced what I consider to be adverse treatment in a professional context;

- Statements were made about me which I dispute and which have affected my career; and

- I have had ongoing difficulty obtaining access to records and information relevant to my work and the issues I raised.

I maintain that I had:

- no formal disciplinary findings; and

- a strong record of performance, supported by senior professionals.

Ongoing Dispute

The current dispute, including court proceedings, arises out of:

- my attempts to obtain verification of my audit experience; and

- broader issues connected to the concerns I raised.

I deny that I have engaged in any conduct that would justify a personal protection order.

Transparency and Accountability

I believe these matters warrant proper scrutiny.

I will continue to:

- seek access to relevant information;

- pursue complaints through regulatory and legal channels; and

- document my experience and the procedural developments in this matter.

Update on ACT proceedings and the conduct of the corrupt Helen Banks

I am publishing this update to record the procedural history of current ACT proceedings involving me.

A listed hearing has now been adjourned after ACT Policing did not complete personal service of documents said to be required for the matter to proceed. My position remains that I have sought clarity, proper disclosure, and a fair opportunity to respond.

My concerns include:

- repeated difficulties obtaining full access to material relied upon against me;

- ongoing disputes about service of documents;

- repeated need to apply for remote participation while residing outside Australia; and

- the cost, stress, and prejudice caused by procedural delay.

I deny that I have engaged in personal violence. My position is that the underlying dispute is professional in nature and relates to longstanding issues concerning work experience verification, records, and the circulation of adverse information about me.

I have made and will continue to make formal complaints through lawful channels, including regulatory and human rights processes where appropriate. I will also continue to preserve documents and publish updates about procedural events and my own experience of the process.

This post is limited to my account of events, the procedural history as I understand it, and matters already raised by me through formal channels.
