PUBLIC WARNING REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE WITH ONGOING LEGAL AND PROFESSIONAL PROCEEDINGS

This statement reflects my personal experience and opinions arising from several years of litigation, regulatory disputes, employment issues and ongoing attempts to obtain access to information and evidence concerning me.

I believe the public should understand how devastating these systems can become when disputed allegations begin circulating through professional, legal and regulatory networks without proper transparency or procedural fairness.

The current ACT Magistrates Court PPO proceedings involving former employer Phillip Miller have, in my opinion, become an example of how:

  • workplace disputes;

  • disputed allegations;

  • reputational attacks;

  • and opaque legal processes

can spiral into something profoundly damaging to a person’s life.

Over the past several years I have repeatedly attempted to obtain:

  • workplace investigation records;

  • HR files;

  • transcripts;

  • recordings;

  • evidence relied upon against me;

  • and disclosure of allegations that continue to affect my career and reputation.

Instead, I have encountered:

  • repeated delays;

  • inconsistent information;

  • late filing of evidence;

  • silence following requests;

  • unexplained procedural changes;

  • and ongoing refusal to provide full transparency regarding what material is actually being relied upon.

I remain deeply concerned about the conduct and involvement of:

  • Phillip Miller;

  • Jonathan Dooley;

  • Helen Banks;

  • Belinda Barry;

  • Stephen Newman;

  • Carmen Ridley;

  • Colin Parker;

  • Jillian Richards;

  • Simon Crane;

  • Matthew Butler;

  • Kyle Scott;

  • and others connected to the broader disputes I have been attempting to raise and defend myself against.

My concern is not simply that people disagree with me.

My concern is that disputed allegations appear to have been repeatedly:

  • circulated;

  • reinforced;

  • relied upon;

  • and treated as credible

across:

  • employers;

  • regulators;

  • courts;

  • tribunals;

  • and professional bodies,

while I remain unable to fully inspect or challenge the underlying material.

Importantly:

  • I was never dismissed from Vincents;

  • there were no disciplinary findings against me;

  • I resigned voluntarily;

  • I received positive references from senior professionals;

  • I remain a Fellow of the ACCA;

  • and multiple independent psychiatric and psychological assessments confirm:

    • intact cognition;

    • no evidence of psychotic illness;

    • and severe stress caused by prolonged litigation and reputational harm.

Despite this, I have spent years being treated as though I am dangerous or unstable based upon allegations and narratives I strongly dispute.

I have now been forced into the position of:

  • making repeated complaints;

  • pursuing subpoenas;

  • seeking disclosure orders;

  • engaging with regulators;

  • and publicly defending my reputation

simply to try and understand and respond to allegations affecting every aspect of my life.

One of the most disturbing aspects of this process has been the continued difficulty obtaining evidence and records concerning me.

The ACT Court Registry has now confirmed that disclosure materials are undergoing Judicial Officer review before release to me.

From my perspective, this raises extremely serious concerns regarding:

  • what material exists;

  • why disclosure continues to be delayed;

  • and why allegations can continue affecting my life while I remain unable to fully inspect the evidence relied upon.

I believe the public should think carefully about:

  • procedural fairness;

  • transparency;

  • the treatment of self-represented litigants;

  • and how quickly unsupported allegations can spread through professional networks and legal systems.

No person should lose years of their life attempting to obtain access to allegations and evidence concerning themselves.

No person should be forced to defend themselves against material they are not permitted to fully inspect.

And no system should operate in a way that leaves people feeling powerless, voiceless and psychologically destroyed while basic transparency remains out of reach.

I will continue pursuing lawful avenues to obtain:

  • disclosure;

  • accountability;

  • procedural fairness;

  • and the opportunity to properly defend myself and rebuild my life.
